Smart Asset Management uses images from vehicle mounted camera, drones and aerial images of the streetscape and feeds it directly to the Jemsoft Monocular API. Smart Asset Management uses the Monocular feed to idetify defects such as cracked concrete, poorly growing trees or damaged stormwater pipes to identify issues early and deal with them before they become costly and complicated.

 

CCTV is already used for identfying defects in pipework, hoever, this requires a person to watch hours of footage of pipes to try and identify cracks!

Smart Asset Management uses this same footage with the Monocular API to reduce human input and improve defect identification accuracy and free up people to work on more meaningful work.
